First Holy Communion
It is important that students attend classes the year prior to sacramental preparation. A child should be of at least the age of 7 at the time of First Holy Communion. Students will be prepared for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion this class year. Also required are two parent and child sessions, one for each sacrament. Further information with those dates will be sent home. **If your child is in entering grade 3 or higher and has NOT received the sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion please mark the registration form "needs sacraments", and you will be contacted by the faith formation coordinator to make arrangements for these sacraments. All are welcome!!
Students not yet baptized: The faith formation office will assist in the prepartion and scheduling of your child's baptism while they attend classes with their peers.
Location for the sacraments of First Holy Communion:
Each parish will host its own First Holy Communion Mass. Please mark or update at the top of your child's registration form which parish you belong to. This is where your son/ daughter will receive the sacrament of First Holy Communion. The date for the sacrament will be announced in late fall.

**If you currently do not belong to a parish please consider joining one. A phone call to the church office of your choosing will get you established as a member.
