How to Register..

Students who have already attended classes the previous year will automatically receive a registration form each August in the mail.  New students can register by calling or emailing the faith formation office for a parent packet and registration form before the start of classes.  You can also click on the link below for the packet and registration form.
We do welcome students that missed registration to join after classes have begun for the year.  
Please call Diane in the faith formation office to enroll.
Registration fee per child is $40. For two children $80; and for three or more children $110.  Checks should be made payable to: Amsterdam Area Faith Formation.  Payments made after Sept 1st are charged an additional $5 late fee per child.  Payment is waived for volunteers in the faith formation program.  Scholarships are available for families that have financial concerns, please contact Diane in the faith formation office for more informaiton.
Our Staff and volunteers:
All of the Amsterdam Area Faith Formation staff and volunteers have been background checked and take VIRTUS training to ensure the safety of our youth.
